Wearing Warm Yellow Light
I look around me and realize that I have a choice — I can either be happy or sad. I can choose to appreciate the clearness of the sky, the warmth of the sunlight, the lush green of the leaves, the flight of the birds, the tenderness of the flowers, and their vibrant colours and fragrance. Alternatively, I can limit myself to seeing the negative aspects such as garbage, malice, hatred, and greed. However, I can choose to look beyond these negatives and see the good in every person. There is a warm yellow light within us which, if we choose to wear, can help us change the world for the better.
Life is not just good or bad, but a play of colors from darkest to lightest. It is like a rainbow.
We all go through difficult times that can cause us pain and anger. Some experiences can make us feel like giving up, but once we overcome them and keep moving forward, we realize that the will to live is still within us.
We all live with inner wars, but it doesn’t mean we cannot find inner peace. It doesn’t mean going to war with others.
It’s easier to go through what we don’t like when we don’t do what, when and how others want. When we don’t choose to live in their colours, we can choose to be who we are inside and follow our warm yellow light, our soul. Therefore, we can focus on “wearing” the yellow light.
Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, others transform a yellow spot into the sun.

Thus, through what life gives us, we can choose to be a dull colour and bathe in anger, malice, hatred, greed, and revenge, or we can choose to be a warm colour. Regardless of it, our choice will influence those around us, because we are energies in motion and we are interconnected. In one way or another, we each leave our mark on those around us and on the whole world.
With all the inner war, even if the world is not how we want it to be, a smile, a hello, a thank you and a token of gratitude touch one’s soul. Hence, we choose to turn a spot of yellow into a sun, and its light can illuminate and warm others.
It doesn’t mean I can’t respect my own boundaries, say what I feel I need to say or claim the rights I know I have. It means living from my heart and treating others as I want to be treated…
As a source of light and life, the yellow (sun) is said to be a symbol of hope, joy and happiness and to give confidence. Thus, it lifts our mood. Also associated with the yellow of gold, it is associated with wealth and royalty.
It is the color closest to light. In its utmost purity, it always implies the nature of brightness and has a cheerful, serene, gently stimulating character. Hence, experience teaches us that yellow makes a thoroughly warm and comforting impression.
